The URI Club Golf team is a competitive golf team and is apart of the National Collegiate Club Golf Association (NCCGA). They practice on a consistent schedule together at multiple courses nearby campus such as Laurel Lane Country Club and compete in tournaments during the fall and spring. Additionally they train throughout the school year including indoor golf simulator practices. They play in a highly competitive New England Region Conference and play against teams such Brown, Harvard, Bryant, Providence College, and College of the Holy Cross. They look to make their first appearance in the NCCGA National Championship.

- Proper Golf Attire (Men’s Shirts Must Have Sleeves; Women, No High Heels as required by Laurel Lane Country Club)

- We practice two times a week.

- We compete against New England teams such as Brown, Bryant, Providence College, Salve Regina University, and WPI.
How do athletes get to games?
- Traditionally, athletes carpool and drive to tournaments.

- Yes, around $300 per semester (Can Vary due to amount of practices/tournaments scheduled).
